Industrial licenses
The office is responsible for issuing industrial licenses, which are the most important practical step in the industrial investment project journey. It is responsible for issuing all types of industrial licenses from the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, including, but not limited to, the following:
Investment licenses from the General Investment Authority
For a foreign investor or a national investor participating in a foreign investment.
Expanding and modifying licenses
Expanding and amending industrial licenses for existing factories.
Merging industrial licenses
Merging industrial licenses in the event of the merger of two or more industrial companies.
The knowledge and experience necessary to meet industrial licensing requirements
The office possesses the knowledge and expertise necessary to fulfill industrial licensing requirements, such as preparing the technical studies necessary to issue licenses compatible with the factory's requirements, including its labor needs, completing relevant forms in accordance with applicable regulations, submitting them to the relevant authorities, and following up until the original license is received.
